| Bio: | Cedrella Lycoris Black, or Drella as her other family members called her was born on a cold day on November 29,1917. She was the second child born,having an older sister, Callidora, and a younger sister, Charis. While Charis and Cedrella fought like fire and water, Callidora and Cedrella remained very close, being two years apart, and Drella looked up to her older sister greatly.While growing up, Cedrella had what anyone in a pureblood family would call a normal childhood. She was bred to be proper lady and be knowledgeable in all the aspects of life, and she took those lessons to heart, for her mother, Lysandra held her heart from day one, though she resembled her father more than her sisters. The three girls were alike in facial features, but the only thing that made Cedrella stand out in the croud was her long, curly, waist length flaming red hair. This was also a curse and a blessing to Cedrella for not only did anyone who knew her could spot her a mile away, but she also endured ridicule for being called any type of name one could imagine.But there were those who were drawn to her for the color of her hair, which seemed to glow like a red flame when she was in the sun, but it wss an interesting contrast with her dark brown eyes. But she was never one to reltaliate, but she did so in other ways. There is more to Cedrella Black than meets the eye. While growing up she found that books and other means of learning were more her fancy. While her sister, Callidora found the arts more her fancy, Cedrella found that books could take her to another world which no one was there to find her. She was hooked on books from an early age, which helped her greatly when she started school at Hogwarts two years after her Calli did.She was more closer to Calli than Charis who seemed to care more about the family blood line than Drella did and found that she could not talk to Charis for more than five minutes. Drella felt she could talk to Calli more than Charis, who was the more girly out of the three, where as Drella was more withdrawn and sophisticated. Being close to Calli meant that she could have her sanity for a lot longer than her younger sister, but she was protective of her nontheless. She looked up to Callidora greatly and the more older she got, the more she wanted to be like her sister, which she tried to duplicate, but failed more times than she succeeded. She found that she could learn more in the world of books and express herself through writing than speaking, but proved to have a more logical way of thinking than others. She found that she loved Hogwarts and almost was sorted into Ravenclaw, but due to the long family history of being sorted into Slytherin, that is where she went. She found that she loved all the classes she attended, her favorites being History of Magic, Transfiguration,Charms, Astronomy, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Potions and Ancient Runes. The other classes she had either bored her or she thought they were less important than the others she enjoyed. She excelled in her classes, earning high marks in a majority of them which made her parents proud. By her 5th year she was fully knowledgeable in Latin, by request of her father, but she learned the language, though she did not like learning it, which she told on a number of occasions to Callidora. By her 6th year she was in for changes in her life. Callidora married Harfang Longbottom, much to her suprise and attended the wedding the December she was home on Christmas Holidays. That same year, just before she ended her 6th year, she met Septimius Weasley. She knew he was an enemy of her family and tried desprately to avoid all contact with him, knowing that if her family knew she had fallen hard for him, she would be cut away from the family, so for the last year of her schooling did she try to keep her and Septimius' relationship a secret, by communicating by owl post and secretly meeting over the summer holidays. Once she graduated school, Septimius proposed and she accepted. She knew she had to tell her family but was still too afraid so she wedded him in secret but was only then her family found out and her father was so disapointed in her, he disowned her. This resulted in her favorite cousin, Walburga Black,blowing her name off the Black family tree. This broke Cedrella's heart more than she wanted to admit and spent years crying in sorrow of something that she had no control over. She was happy that Calli made an attempt to communicate with her without the rest of the family knowing, and they visited her and her husband. While she was married, she bore three sons. Though she craved a daughter, she was still happy with her sons, Arthur, Bilius, and Ignatious. She was the most proud of her eldest son Arthur and his accomplishments. She lived long enough to aknowledge the fact that she was a grandmother of Arthurs 7 children, which included a daughter being born before she passed away peacefully due to a sickness that claimed her in 1991. This was the same year she lost contact with most of her family and was only then she knew more chaos awaited her...
